I can’t download my files

Its super simple as your downloads will be available automatically to download once your purchase has been completed. After checking out, you will see a link to your available download in your confirmation screen. An email will also be sent to you with a link to your downloads

Your downloads should be available automatically to download as soon as you purchase and your payment is successfully processed.

If you are having trouble downloading, please follow the steps below to download your files:

  1. If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a ‘View your files’ link which goes to the Downloads page.

  2. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

  3. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

  4. Check that you have NOT used an Apple ID to purchase as Etsy requires a valid email address

  5. Please note that downloading via the Etsy APP sometimes does NOT work - please log into Etsy via your web browser (either on your phone or computer) and you will then see the button to download your files.
